1 p.m.: Lunch together
2 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.: Opportunity to take part in an exciting guided tour of the Institute of Welding Technology and Separating Manufacturing Processes: "The path from welding rod to finished component" (meeting point: 1.45 p.m. parking lot)
4.30 p.m.: Move into the accommodation at the Sportjugend Bildungsstätte der Akademie des Sports, Adolf-Ey-Str. 9, 38678 Clausthal-Zellerfeld
5.30 p.m.: Dinner together
6.30 p.m.: Welcome by the state competition director and the sponsor representative
7 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.: Researchers' meeting "Drum Circle"
until 9.30 p.m.: Possibility to finally set up the stands
8 to 9 a.m.: Breakfast at the Academy of Sport
9.30 a.m.: Start of the assessment of the project work by the jurors
12.30 p.m.: Lunch break
1.30 p.m.: Continuation of the assessments
16.30: End of the assessments
5.45 p.m.: Dinner together
6.45 p.m.: Walk to the supporting program
7.30 p.m.: "Pete THE BEAT", mouth acrobatics/beatbox comedy

8 to 9 a.m.: Breakfast at the Academy of Sport, check-out
9.15 a.m.: Meeting of all Jugend forscht participants in the domed hall of the auditorium building
10 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Tour of the exhibition by pupils from schools in the region, interested members of the public and the press
12.30 p.m.: Lunch together
2 p.m.: Award ceremony followed by presentation of the Jugend-forscht exhibition to all guests at the ceremony
4.30 p.m.: Champagne reception for Jugend forscht participants, parents and guests, followed by dismantling and departure
