1:00 p.m.: Group lunch
2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.: Opportunity to participate in an exciting guided tour at the Institute for Mechanical Plant Engineering: “Bending to the Point of Failure – Component Failure Due to Vibrating Loads” (Meeting point: 1:45 p.m. at the main entrance)
4:30 PM: Check-in at the accommodation at the Sportjugend Educational Center of the Academy of Sports, Adolf-Ey-Str. 9, 38678 Clausthal-Zellerfeld
5:30 PM: Group dinner
6:30 PM: Welcome by the State Competition Director and the Mentor Representatives
7:00–8:30 PM: Research meetup “Babylonland XXL”
until 9:30 p.m.: Opportunity to set up the booths
8:00–9:00 a.m.: Breakfast at the Academy of Sports
9:30 a.m.: Start of the project evaluations by the judges
12:30 p.m.: Lunch break
1:30 p.m.: Resumption of evaluations
4:30 p.m.: End of evaluations
5:30 p.m.: Group dinner
6:30 PM: Walk to the social program
7:00 PM: "Harz Winter Olympics": Skill – Endurance – Games – Fun

8:00–9:00 a.m.: Breakfast at the Academy of Sports, check-out
9:15 a.m.: Meeting of all “Jugend forscht” participants in the Kuppelsaal of the Aula building
10 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Tour of the exhibition by students from local schools, interested members of the public, and the press
12:30 p.m.: Group lunch
2:00 PM: Award ceremony followed by a tour of the Jugend forscht exhibition for all guests attending the ceremony
4:30 PM: Champagne reception for Jugend forscht participants, parents, and guests, followed by dismantling and departure
